Unsupported Tech
In an effort to ensure we are always providing the highest level of support, while keeping your best interests in mind, LITD will not troubleshoot issues with any of the following:
Android Devices - (We will utilize your Android devices for configuration items such as casting devices, smart speakers such as Alexa, and other technologies that require configuration from a mobile device. However, we will not troubleshoot any overall general issues with Android mobile devices or tablets.)
Hardware Repair/Replacement - LITD does not perform hardware repairs such as LCD replacements for mobile devices/laptops, damaged input/output ports, cracked device housing, and things of the like.
Virus Removal - Due to the sensitivity, and often complexity, of virus removal from personal devices, LITD does not troubleshoot them. If LITD discovers a potential virus inadvertently during other troubleshooting, work will stop and the customer will be notified and advised on next steps.
Macbooks/iMacs - LITD will not troubleshoot Macbooks or iMac devices under any circumstances.
Windows Operating System Reinstallation - LITD will run Windows updates up to, and including, updating the OS to the most recent version; however, due to risk, liability, and security, LITD will never perform a complete reinstall of your Windows operating system under any circumstances.
Data Recovey - With the exception of MS Office documents being recovered from a temporary directory shortly after a PC crash, LITD does not perform data recovery from accidental deletions, disk formatting, or hard drive damage. This includes all forms of internal/external data storage, also including USB flash drives and SD cards. O

*Corporate Devices - *See Corporate Device section under Terms & Conditions for exceptions on corporate device technical support.
*Computer component upgrades/replacements - On a case-by-case basis, LITD will explore pricing and options with you on replacement components for PC's. LITD performs standard replacements/upgrades to components including, but not limited to: RAM, Optical Drives, Power Supplies, CMOS batteries, Laptop Batteries, NIC's, Wireless Cards, laptop keyboards, and others.
